At the beginning of the events of The Demon Cycle, the religious and secular leader was the Andrah who was advised by the powerful council of Damaji tribal leaders who also serve as ministers.
Tribes of Krasia[]
In Krasia society is divided by 12 tribes of varying sizes, but at the beginning of the events of The Demon Cycle, the Majah tribe was the most powerful ahead of the Mehnding tribe. Presumably the Andrah at that time was from the Majah tribe.

Changes after the Shar'Dama Ka returned[]
When Ahmann Jardir declared himself Shar'Dama Ka, he effectively replaced the Andrah and his first wife gained the title of Damajah as the chief advisor ahead of the Damaji. He also established the elite fighting force called the Spears of the Deliverer.
After the capital was moved from Fort Krasia to Everam's Bounty, the Evejan law was established to govern the Chin (Greenlanders) who were not originally part of Krasian society.
