Hollow County is the county around Cutter's Hollow. The county eventually became more of its own city on par with Fort Angiers and Fort Miln, but with nominal fealty to Fort Angiers. After the events of The Skull Throne, it became a full fledged duchy and the leader of the The Pact of the Free Cities.

Edit to right of the section title.Around the time of The Warded Man, Hollow County was ruled by Prince Thamos as one of the counties on the southeast side of Angiers. However, Thamos was often absent and spent more time in Fort Angiers.
