A Cave Demon, also know as Spider or Tunnel Demon, have eight segmented legs and can run at great speed. Cave Demons excrete a sticky silk that is magic dead, invisible to Wardsight, and immune to Wards of Protection.
They will often prepare traps and lie in wait for the unwary.
These demons will seldom rise to the surface unless summoned by a Mind Demon, preferring to remain in the deep tunnels and caves of the hive.
A group of Cave Demons is called a clutter.
